Here are some things to keep in mind:

  1. We'll do our best to get back to you within 2 business days. However, this may take longer during peak periods, so kindly allow for up to 5 business days. Check your spam folder too, just in case.

  2. Please add support@squarestylist.com as a temporary admin to your site so we can address your request right away. You can remove us once the ticket is resolved.

  3. Note that style customizations beyond what's shown in our demo projects and tutorials are quoted separately. We're happy to take note of feature requests.

We recommend describing your issue via a video screencast. You may use tools like Loom to generate a video screencast link that you may share below.
For faster resolution, it will best to add support@squarestylist.com as a temporary admin to your site.
