When I need research with actual sources, Perplexity is my preferred AI tool because it provides citations. I trust it more for factual information and industry research since it shows me where the information comes from.

I primarily use ChatGPT's custom GPT feature to build specialized tools for my business—like my Shopify AI Prompt Builder and Template Copy Wizard. These custom tools let me create quick, focused solutions that I can easily share with my team, clients, and students for specific tasks.

I’ve used Flodesk from day 1 of Squarestylist. The templates are gorgeous, and the automation features help me nurture my email list without constant manual work.

When I need quick video edits or compression for social media, Veed is my go-to because it's fast and browser-based. I don't need to open heavy software for simple tasks like trimming clips or adding captions.

Course and community hosting for Squarestylist programs and student engagement

I’ve loved using Circle as a community platform and now that it also hosts course, I’ve recently migrated our courses from Teachable too. My students love the discussion features, and I can easily organize content and track progress all in one place.
